Educational Luncheon

Board members and managers will sit in discussion groups.

•Challenging industry scenarios will be presented for managers and board members to discuss.

• Groups will work together to solve common and some uncommon industry problems.

•Key points and questions from those discussions will then be presented to our panel of industry experts (legal, insurance, engineering etc.) for elaboration

Backstage pass tour of The Ritz Condominiums

•Manager Jamie Greco will provide a tour and offer insight on the Ritz’s huge renovation project.

•Jamie will also offer some interesting and fun stories about the Ritz and it’s residents. The Ritz has been around since 1921!

NO CHARGE and limited to board members, managers and volunteers.
